Employers and Resource Providers, this event is being held outdoors. Mid April in Hesperia is typically mid to high 60 degrees. If you have an EZUP, it’s recommended that you bring it. We’ll provide a table and 2 chairs. The image below is an overhead of the Park. The red, boxed area is where the event will be held. There is some natural coverage, but an EZUP would be nice if you have that available. The second image is the Park Farmer’s Market, to give you an idea of what this will look like.

I’m happy to announce that the Oro Grande Foundation has once again granted us $40,000 in scholarship funds for our CTE students (10 scholarships at $4,000 each). The application window opens on January 5, 2026 with a hard deadline of 11:59 pm on March 13, 2026.
Eligibility Requirements
- Students MUST be from an eligible MDCP district’s CTE program
- Students MUST be a graduating Senior in the 2025-26 School Year
- Students MUST complete a two-year pathway within an industry sector by the end of their senior year, earning a course grade average of 3.0 or better throughout their pathway.
To complete this application you will need the following:
- MUST have a Gmail account to complete the application.
- Transcript showing CTE courses with grades.
- If you have not completed your pathway and are currently enrolled in your final CTE course, you will need a verification letter from the teacher(s) for the pathway classes you are currently in that indicates your anticipated final grade(s) for this semester.
- Share any pathway related projects or experiences such as internships or competitions that would help to better understand your journey and/or accomplishments.
- What are your educational plans after high school and share why you have selected this career?
- A written statement regarding how you will use the funds from this scholarship.
- Upload an essay, a creative video, a brochure, a recorded song, or other creation of your choosing that explains the impact your CTE studies have had on your career path and postsecondary plans.
